Session 10: CHRISTMAS

27 October 2020

Galatians 4:4-7 (ESV) But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons. And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!” So you are no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God.

Romans 8:17 Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.

Reading from Galatians 4:4-7, the words Slave, Son and Heir jumped out at me.

Galatians 4:7 So you are no longer a slave, but God’s child; and since you are his child, God has made you also an heir.

O loving Father, we are so very thankful and full of joy for Your love and for the redemptive purpose of Your Son, Jesus, our Lord and Savior, from this fallen world to Your magnificent Kingdom.
Thank You for Your graciousness to enable me to be adopted not only as a daughter but an heir of the Most High God.

In a painting, the artist normally uses windows, mirrors and reflection in the water to represent the artist’s heart.
In Galatians 4:7, We are no longer a slave but God’s own child. And since we are his child, God has made us his heir. We were once a servant of sin now we are a child of God .
In my painting is a servant who is looking into the mirror. The reflection in the mirror is a princess wearing a white dress . The Holy Spirit is in all His children, so they will know that they are children of God and princesses of the King of Kings

Tiny swirls on top of healthy heart is word: abba. Living and putting forth life because of the filling of spirit.
Time has already been set for everything and for each individual to receive healing and awakening. When we receive the heart of God, we are set free and no longer bound by time nor brokenness of the past and laws. So we, like the fleeting butterfly can live beautifully as we keep pumping abba in our heart.
